this website has got it wrong. yes theta is a middle tier but they definitely should not be ranked lower then pi phi and axo. Everyone on campus knows they are middle tier on the come up though

Don't join this fraternity, they are dying out, not a chance they will be here in 5 years. Their last rush class only initiated 3 brothers. If that is not a sign of a dying fraternity I don't know what is. Additionally this fraternity is constantly bickering and the brotherhood is abhorrent.
