Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at State University of New York at Oswego - SUNYO 1.8 They've gone down the tubes. House sucks and brothers are creatures. They think they're something good but they bottom tier or to be generous low mid tier. A couple of the brothers are great guys though.
