def improving as a frat for the most part. They've gone from just "those nice friendly guys in a frat" to guys you'd potentially be down to take home (doesn't apply to every guy but yea). they've had gotten into a bit of trouble lately with the school/city recently but they're still intact on campus and getting more diverse/selective with their recruitment. Parties are pretty solid and they're def chill as a whole so hopefully they can keep it up as they get better guys & more organized.

u know the deal, sororities and frats always have a mix of awesome and not so awesome. Most of the girls r fun and hot, definitely some not so nice girls who I just avoid. A lot of their most recent alumni were some really cool girls
