one hundred agree ther house smells horrible and they just keep partying with cheer team witch sounds good except there is never more than 10-13 that actualy show up where there are around 50 guys

A lot of the stuff on here is made up mostly by people in a different fraternity probably because someone in chi phi slept with there girl or something in reality, their party's are sick and they tend to get girls but they get in fights with other fraternities and they don't do many on-campus events but overall they're pretty good from what I saw last rush week and would have joined them if I wasn't a senior graduating

their party's are like when your parents go out of town and you throw your first party and it sucks the house is to small allergy and on top of that your only allowed to go into the kitchen/liveingroom/bat hroom witch are all tiny rooms. the house is to hot so the whole time as ur in the party room everyone's sweating and you take a step in any direction and you rub against 4 sweaty people honestly it better to avoid there party
