Sig Pi > Lambda. I think it's time they switch tiers. They constantly have parties/socials with top tier fraternities DTD, ATO, Sig Chi, etc, their new PC is a lot of fun, and their house is really nice and actually clean.

Yes they have been throwing hard down and frequently & the parties are always fun. Yes their new pledge class is solid and shows promise for the future, the only problem is that they don't get bars at other houses anywhere in the second tier or even third tier for that matter.

Kinda splitting hairs tbh Sig Pi and Lambda are both top 3 tiers, 1-3 tier is still top tier, 4-6 middle, 7-9 bottom

agreed, i think the 2 slot should make way for the more busier houses with equally good schedules like aepi sig ep and sig phi
