First and Foremost, how a fraternity’s house looks is not a factor you should take into account right away. This is due to how most of those houses are leased and can be taken away if the chapter gets kicked off. You should always look for brotherhood, what the experience will be like in a day-to-day basis, and how the frat will help your future. Every notable frat will be able to provide great socials, sorority chicks and a house to hang out in.
