Beta Sig has been having parties very consistently
Pike slipping a bit, could switch with Acacia, who has been doing really good
ATO hasn't partied as much but do throw a fair amount of daylongs
Lambda has had parties all week and more than anyone else in 2
Tier 3 has had a good amount of parties, not as many as the other tiers
Sig Pi has had a lot of daylongs, not a lot of parties
AGR and Phi Who have done a good amount of parties, but parties in AGR are still slightly better
TDX vs Fiji is pretty debatable, but TDX has done a bit more this week
Chi Phi hasn't had too many socials
AKL and Pi Kapp have done more than anyone else in upper middle tier, consistently strong parties
Kappa Sig definitely slipping, not going as strong as before
ZBT and Skulls haven't done too many parties, Skulls has made many improvements but ZBT parties are very good when they throw down
DKE is climbing back up
Far Sig is only a bit worse
Alpha Sig has had tons of parties for syllabus week
Sig Tau doing very little, could slip to bottom
Don't know enough about the bottom tiers

All in all, go through rush with an open mind. Go to as many houses as possible and join where you best fit. You can get a great party experience at almost any of these frats, but the friendships are what you will remember.
