Heard that DKE bought DTD, they moving in next year?

the house has been bought by a leaser but is not being leased to a fraternity next year, which is why the new owner has completely closed down the house until he can get the proper permits to lease to a fraternity. SC is strict with that stuff.

DTDs house is going under major restorations first then a higher tier frat will probably move into it as an upgrade from whatever their current house is. it houses way too many people for DKE to ever be able to fill it you need a frat with at least 110 brothers to fill it relaibly

The idea behind this is right except only 4 frats have that many memebers and I can’t imagine any of them are looking to move. DKE is within the top 10 biggest frats here and growing, there’s a lot of potential that they could grow into this house.
