heard pi kapp and pkt are coming back from a 3 year ban. Pi Kapp was top before it got kicked off but i'm not sure how it is now. DU is also coming back next semester

They won't be the same. They will be under the watchful eye of their National offices.

Doesn't matter. National will still be watching and maybe even spot check. This usually happens when frats re-colonize after being kicked off.
