how do i get into zeta psi

Hi guys
My brother goes here and I’ll be an incoming freshman in the fall. He says Zeta Psi is the sickest frat and they pull the hottest girls on campus. I really want to be in this frat. Do you guys have any advice as to how I can be cool enough to impress the brothers and get a bid? Thanks friends!
