“underground” greeks
by: GREEK
Penn State has groups (I’m thinking sororities) who have been closed by their respective Hdqtrs.—Chi O and Tri Delta for example—be able to regroup and continue to exist as “underground” groups, not members of Panhellenic yet still retaining some elements of their original NPC groups.
Now that Alpha Chi Omega has been closed, is there talk of them going underground as well by re-badging and still existing as a non-NPC sorority?
And how successful are these underground sororities?

maybe the groups repped chi o or trilogy in the early years of them being formed but now nobody joins esa for anything to do with chi o they got the boot before any current student was enrolled here there’s no connection nobody cares about the old sororitys that were kicked off

ESA has XO all over their social media. That is very clearly a reference to Chi O. So, while anyone that actually was a Chi Omega has graduated by now, the ESA chapter is still trying to cling to this reference.
