Top tiers still hang with them because they are allowed to throw daylongs on weekends when they are suspended cuz the ifc can't do anything to them. Everything is on the DL tho because they aren't allowed to have "official" parties with sororities so its just like some people who have friends in Sammy will still hang w them.
