2018-2019 rush rules

Are freshman in the 2018-2019 school year next year allowed to rush? I’ll be an incoming freshman then and i heard all freshman are banned from rushing from now on but the rules online say you just need 12 credits(maybe 11 idk). Which is true??? Pls help

You have to finish one semester first so you can rush in spring freshman year
