want to rush middle tier/low tier

I'm a second semester sophomore and i'm considering rushing a fraternity next semester. With that being said, I want to join a fraternity on the rise and who possibly will have their charter in the future. I would like some updates on their pledge class this semester? How is theta chi (only 4 guys) far sig(?) Skulls (4)? Tep (?) Sig tau (11, probably explain why they went up ranking to 7th lately), TEP (7), AKL (?) ZBT (?) TRIANGLE (?) ADPHI (?) CHI PHI? FIJI (22) ZETA PSI?

the only fraternities on the rise here are chi phi, and fiji. maybe zbt even then still no. I would include zeta but they are on probation so might want to look elsewhere.
