By ranking your top 2 after pref, you signed an agreement that you would accept a bid from either of the two. Obviously you don’t have to get initiated, but you did sign an agreement that was made VERY known. Therefore, you are ineligible for informal since you did receive a bid (even if you didn’t accept). Informal rush is for those who did NOT receive a bid.
