how do you classify what tier a frat is in?
by: achillesI once saw a ranking of frats from level 1 to 9. Does this mean that levels 1-3 are top tier, 4-6 are middle tier, and 7-9 are bottom tier? Also, is there a way to tell a frat tier other than what's posted on this site? Thanks
