Is kappa sig gonna lose their house to KDR once they're back on?

My understanding after talking to a few brothers is that their lease ends next year. Apparently the Kappa Sig alumni would like to buy the house though after their lease expires. It seems they are confident they'll keep the house. This ain't law though

KDR has a deal with the land lord that when they return the house is theirs. Kappa Sig is beat.

With all the national attention about KDR, there is no way that they are coming back on campus anytime soon. Everyone here will be gone before that would happen.

When coming back thinned out after three years of losing members, they wouldn't be able to financially afford that house vs a full fraternity lol

it's likely they'll have the house in your time at psu, but do you want to come back as an alum in 6 years and see your fraternity doesnt have its house anymore?
