This "tier" system is devised by kids who want to continue living in HS. The "hottest" frats invite those that they deem the "hottest" sororitys to pairs and their social currency increases. Very misogynistic and superficial. All of the chapters offer the same experiences, good and bad. It is just a "cool kid lunch table" list, if you will.
