spring 2017 frat rankings w/explanations

1) D Chi, Sae, Beta Sig, Pike, D Sig, Sig Chi
2) Sammy, Lambda, Acacia, Tke, Sig Ep
3) Sig Pi, Dtd, Aepi, Du
4) Phi Psi, Agr, Beta, Fiji, Tdx
5) Zeta Psi, Phi Who, Chi Phi, Pi Lam, Kappa Sig, Far Sig
6) Alpha Sig, Dke, Axp, Sig tau, Sig nu,
7) Skulls, Theta Chi, Akl
8) Adphi, mudhouse, Zbt, triangle
Tier one pretty much the same, DSig has killed it since getting back into their house. Sig Chi killing it too.
Tier two has Sammy leading the way after they have taken a few probos and haven't been able to do as much but look for them to eventually shoot back up. Lambda' new classes are great and they keep making moves ever since their clearing house a few years ago, look for them to keep making moves. Acacia always with solid parties and classes. Tke has been hit or miss with the last few classes but always a good time there.
Tier three led by Sig Pi who is doing well. Dtd pledge classes haven't been that good which hurts them. Aepi is where they should be. Du is killing it but we can't get ahead of ourselves with their ranking just because of daylongs. Do look for du to move up though.
Tier four phi psi leads and are always throwing decent parties. Agr had a good fall class and their parties have been getting better look for them to make moves this semester. Beta and Fiji are on campus and throw a good party here and there but won't move much mainly because of location.
Tier five zeta psi leads because rough pledge classes. Chi phi making big moves as well.
