DSig:
They used to be top house back before they got in a bunch of trouble and ever since they've been allowed to throw parties again they've been killing it. They have the best daylongs, their parties are so fun, and they get good socials. They're gonna keep rising, might be top house in a year.
TKE:
With ATO getting in trouble their definitely going to fall in the rankings which is gonna give TKE room to move up. They also throw awesome parties and the guys there are pretty cool. They could potentially be ahead of acacia if they keep killing it.
Sig Ep:
Despite what everyone says, Sig Ep is actually on the rise. They're getting better PC's and they social with a lot of frats in tier 2. I think they definitely deserve to be in tier 2. Compared to the rest of the tier 3 they're definitely better.
DU:
They've been having awesome daylongs lately and their social schedule is improving. A lot the guys are still kind of goobers but there are definitely a bunch of cool guys there too. They could move up in their tier throughout the semester.
Beta:
Ever since Beta has been allowed to throw parties they've been killing it. They took a huge PC with a lot of cool kids and that helped them a lot. They're social schedule improved too and they've been socialing with tier 3 frats too. They might make the move to tier 3 soon.
FIJI:
They've been moving up ever since they started having Wednesday parties. They may end up in the middle of tier 4 if they keep up what they've been doing.
