Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.5 I would recommend joining every srat other than this one. Desperation to be in the “higher tier” is obvious. They also aren’t polite to other srats in any way. Not fun to party with. Self Rankers
