great people loved hanging out with them. my friends and i ended up staying too late and one of the brothers offered to buy us an uber home. had the best dance party. overall very fun!

These dudes do not have any social partners and scramble to hit up as many freshman girls as possible every time they social. Their parties will die after the new freshman join sororities in the spring. Such a freshman house to the point they hosted a social instead of a formal on FFF

Good looking guys and nice house. But very much a freshman frat. Freshman guys can get in with a 10 to 1 ratio so they all pull random girls off the street to get in. Most end up leaving to go somewhere better but it’s still pretty fun.

I thought their new PC was pretty cute and I know they just got off probation and went to their first social back and it was ridiculously packed but was really fun. Their house is huge and their party room is the best at Penn State since it's massive and their ceilings are like 25 feet tall. I would say they definitely are on the rise based on how many more top sorority girls I met and know how they didn't really have a social partner last year. Excited to see what this semester is gonna look like for them!
