Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.7 I see potential could be a top house if they get a few good PCs and focus more on who they are letting into their house. I’ve seen some guys apart of this chapter display the lowest moral guidelines out of any chapter at PSU.
