Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.0 When me and my friends went here we were uncomfortable the whole time. All the guys love to creep in the girls and rub up on you on the dance floor (which is tiny). The house is nice but I can’t get by the creeps.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 1.0 Its just a fun place to be. The environment is lame. Guys are NOT hot. Most of them are super annoying too.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.2 The brothers of chi phi are genuinely really funny and nice down to earth people. It is regarded as a lower tier frat but they socialed with sig ep, pike, and lambda this year. The guys are not necessarily attractive and they can't get top sororities to come to their parties. The house is really nice though. They are definitely improving.

They are actually so funny and sweet and we love mixing with them <3 I threw up in their toilet and back trashcan and the kid at the door was the sweetest about it :) (thank u all for letting me back in to your house)

I know their brothers love to spread selfranks on here but the reality check is that they are bottom unless they start improving in the future.
