Has anyone seen the "Cheech and Chong" movies? They were making fun of themselves because it is actually okay to make a joke. Besides if anyone there knows their history, they would know it was the Mexicans who first introduced the recreational use of marijuana from typical industrial uses of the plant. Chi Phi is definitely on its way to a fantastic future at Penn State. They definitely seem to have the best house out of all greek life. Also, it seems after just one semester, they have a better brotherhood than most fraternities who have been together for years. Can't wait to see what this powerhouse is going to do.
