Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at State University of New York at Fredonia - SUNYF 2.6 If this review was written in 2011-2013, I'd tell you to stop reading here because SigEp was the best frat. Unfortunately after those years, SigEp has taken a steep drop in popularity. Combined with the strong brotherhood of Delta Chi and the emergence of Kappa Sigma later on, and adding in the fact that their rushing techniques have not worked, this fraternity is very fragile, although it has a strong roster of men, numbers matter and unfortunately SigEp has a third of the other fraternities.
