fraternity rankings for spring rush

1,2,3) Delta Chi/PI Lam/SAE - Put them in any order, I just did alphabetical. These are easy the top three fraternities at Binghamton. Very tough to say which is best of the three cause the things someone likes about one can be the things someone else dislikes. They're all different but are all top.
4) APES

7,8,9,10...) Chi Phi, Alpha Sig, TDX, Sammy, PIKE, Kappa Sig, ZBT, KKK...Zeta Psi - Zeta Psi is only last cause geed freshman keep writing about great they are, honestly they're the same as the rest of this tier.

Feel like this is mostly accurate but curious about people's thoughts?
