best fraternity houses at bing

Which fraternities have the best houses at Binghamton?

Kappa Sig is now right above The Colonial which is awesome. Was there a few nights ago and it was awesome. I know TEP has a nice house too but havent been there yet. Who else has great houses?

Kappa sig rented out the apartments above the TEP house. They don't really have a house, basically just a bunch of hallways in an apartment building and everyone just left in half an hour to go downstairs to TEP

Zeta psi has a sick house. Their party floor looks like a night club setup. Most party's are invite only though so not a lot of people seen it.

Zeta has by far the biggest/nicest house. They a night club set up with multiple vip areas and a hottube jucuzzi

Delta chi's house is the best frat house to live in, && zeta psi house is the best house to party and mix in. Deff check out both parties and houses if you haven't already.
