what are the ACTUAL fraternity tiers

Top Tier: Pi Lam, D chi, SAE (moving down though)
Middle Tier: APES, TEP, Phi Psi
Low Tier: Alpha Sig, TDX
Irrelevant: PIKE, Kappa Sig, Sammy

pretty accurate except id say that apes and tep could possible be upper middle tier, and there are like 10 other frats that are lower tier (TKE, Pi Kapp, ZBT, etc.)
