1. Dchi, SAE, Apes, Pi lam - Pi Lam is getting a new house literally next to bars could be interesting
2. PIKE, Zeta Psi - PIKE is taking the old APES mansion so will be interesting to see how that changes dage game
3. TEP, Alpha Sig, Kappa Sig - TEP is getting kicked out of their current house for 2019-2020 and them being off campus now will hurt them a lot. Apes/Dchi/Alpha Phi/AZD are held up by being close, and tep isn't close to any of them
4. Phi Psi, TDX, Chi Phi

Don’t think tep lost their house but they did get kicked off. Time will tell if that helps or hurts them buttttt seems like being off campus has lots of benefits so I can see it being a good thing for them going forward
