Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Binghamton University State University of New York - BUSUNY 3.2 Nice bunch but really slipped the past bunch of years, they do philanthropy to the extent everyone else does, not as friendly or nice as others as they think they are above a lot of their peers while quite average in looks and below average in attitude, used to be great and genuinely want them to return to a former glory of the fun great looking very social and less full of themselves sorority that made them great back in the day.
