can a junior get a bid at any decent frats at alba

I'm transferring this spring as a junior and I've always hated myself for not going to a better school earlier and joining Greek life. Are the chances of a junior getting a bid slim to none with any mid-top tier frats?

It's possible. I've had friends rush as juniors.
