Pi Phi it now the best sorority. It used to be tied with Theta for #1. Pi Phi seems to get the rich, pretty, fun girls from private schools.

why is being rich and pretty and from a private school the qualifier for being the "best"?

Pretty sure Pi Phi is definitely the top sorority. Thetas all hate each other and don't even attend their own events.
