SigEp sold its house & officially disaffiliated

SigEp nationals sold its house to a New Haven attorney, and the members of SigEp finally completed their disaffiliation from their nationals. Anyone know what's happening there this year? Or what's happening to ex-SigEp?

Never. The nationals really screwed up. The whole balance man program may be ok at non-selective school but it doesn't fit with Yale and its peers.

Have they improved since going independent and local? In terms of prestige, parties, reputation?
