feel sorry for aphi and kappa

by: unplug

Lori Laughlins daughters are Kappas and other students were Aphis. Yet neither national sorority has expelled them or issued statements condemning their cheating. Really bringing their reputations down.

At USC, so...

Didn't this happen at the USC chapters though? I guess nationally it doesn't look good but most people here find national reputations to be irrelevant since every chapter is different at every school. Kappa at USC for example is a "top house" filled with girls who are supposedly catty whereas at Yale it isn't at all like that.

This has nothing to do with Yale's chapters and do you really think any organization is going to take action on the girls this early in the story.

Well at least Kappa is off the hook now that the girls dropped out on their own (Klassy!)

Really bringing the whole sorority system down...

There are a ton of legitimate problems with sororities. This isn’t really relevant to what can be fixed about sororities on a systemic level. The more pressing issues in Yale sororities are socioeconomic and racial diversity, as well as how recruitment is conducted in general.
