Not in Pi Phi but felt the need to say: 1. They are visibly more diverse than they were two years ago 2. Kappa is overwhelmingly white (way more so than Pi Phi) and no one ever talks about that 3. I genuinely do not think anyone in Pi Phi is manipulative enough to admit "token" girls. They pick the girls they like, and girls who like Pi Phi pick them back. Pi Phi's vibe is more typical "college sorority" than others so it's no wonder they tend to get All-American types of girls. It's not based on exclusion, and I say this as woman of color (who is not in Pi Phi)

soooo white, if you look at their insta or go to their mixers, almost everyone is white except a minority here or there so they can say they’re “diverse.” Don’t talk about encouraging dialogue around socioeconomic and diversity issues at Yale if you’re actively perpetuating that narrative. Hope Yale shuts them down. Was hoping they’d be better during rush this year, but still the same old.
