Mid. They don't have pledging... or they let anyone in or something like that. Nice guys, pretty down to earth. Not fratty at all. Good show for parties, like SAE its close to campus. Nice house.

reputation as frat is mid tier after ADPhi/ DKE. Have the same parties every week. Nice guys, not fratty. Pretty diverse, a lot of foreign kids. It's basically the rugby guys and the swim team. It's pretty popular in terms of quantity of people showing up-- its closest to campus, is open, and always has drinks

Top tier with ADPhi-- only real frats on campus... the others are more like "clubs," not very serious or fratty-- not necessarily a bad thing--, but that's Yale.

thetas are awesome, super fun, and very down to earth/involved on campus when you get to know them. a lot of the critical comments on here about girls being not nice or only hanging out with sae guys are totally untrue. as someone who's not in greek life but friends with girls in all 3 sororities, i can say theta girls are great!
