I'm confused by the NY party type girl rep of theta. I'm an '18 so the reps probably differ. In my year, the wild crazy party types are in Pi phi. And Pi phi is pretty wealthy too think Gr$$nwich ct and mj and the one billionaire New Yorker '18

Great frat, lots of hot guys. Mix with theta and pi phi (top sororities). A lot of fun. I think people just hate on them because it's not the kind of frat where you feel unsafe and skeeved out going to mixers (looking at you SAE)

Top tier along with Pi Phi.. Theta has a lot of wealthy party girls, more international rich-euro girls than Pi Phi, but they are both great sororities. Both mix with all the top frats, who refuse to mix with kappa...

I don't know why everyone is trying to create false drama between Theta and Pi Phi. All the girls have friends in the other sorority and while people had preferences, they would have been fine with being in either one. They're both top tier and the only difference is possibly that Theta has more NY party type girls and is more sophisticated and Pi Phi has more athletes and is a bit more down to earth. Both of them are hot and know how to have a good time, both have great houses (unlike Kappa..)
