If you compare red dress gala at the Omni a couple years ago which no one went to to boozy brunch at Harvest which was sold out, and the hotness/selectivity of pledge classes from year to year, and the fact that they used to have no house but now have a brand new one, it's pretty clear that APhi is on the rise. And the only girls who argue against that are in Pi Phi because they're upset about not having a house anymore and slipping in tier. Ask anyone on campus — this is common opinion

Pi Phi doesn't have preppy girls. Theta gets the prep school/wealthy girls and everyone knows that. And one thing tho: Pi Phi needs to stop showing off the one clique they got last year of NYC girls. First of all, we all know one of them was dropped from Theta and cliques stay together so they all went Pi Phi to support her, but secondly, they didn't even get the whole friend group LMAO. Please be honest ladies

Pi Phi definitely has a ton or prep school/private school types.... I mean their Class of 2020 girls has tons of them. They got the whole NYC private school friend group as well as many private school kids from other cities like DC area and San Francisco. Theta gets more of the boarding school types like Deerfield.
