I honestly would not consider AEPi to be bottom tier with Chi Psi and Sig Chi anymore. Their new house has attracted a lot more people to their parties. I think they could honestly rise in status and become too good for Kappa. The others still wouldn't mix with them but if a fifth sorority came and went between Kappa and APhi/Pi Phi, I bet it would become AEPi's "buddy sorority"

Fence is actually pretty much top tier. A lot of girls in sororities want to also rush Fence (Theta, APhi). New house is AMAZING, people are super chill (not try-hard artsy, trust me, I know because I rushed) and they have good alcohol and weed... it's a really dope place to party and almost all the people I know in it are genuinely chill people. Definitely on the rise and well-regarded on campus. Even fratty/sororityty people go to Fence, it's a crowd favorite

If APhi snubs them, screw those girls. Get Pi Phi's attention. As the bottom post says, way more similar vibes with Pi Phi — athletic, fun, loves to dance, etc. Pi Phi will probably do spring fling with SigNu but if Zeta can start mixing with Pi Phi more I bet their image would be a lot more prestigious. Because they barely ever have mixers but you KNOW Pi Phi girls would show up to Zeta and make it pop off.

Obviously, Alpha Phi Groupies say crush was good. honestly, the "brothers" hardly talked to a lot of the girls many are just very fuccboi-ish. They try to outdo sigep but they can't. Also---lack of diversity at the event?? Pretty insane but not surprising.
