You guys are so sad... stop bringing up Theta to try and make yourselves look top tier lmao. Athletic frat, decrepit house (worst house imo), horrible and infrequent parties. When I was at Jammy Jams the only cool people there (High Street/Theta/APhi — I would say Pi Phi but they seem to like ADPhi) were outside complaining and then immediately went to Leo/SigEp for late night. These self-ranks are legit hilarious, maybe you guys have a couple Theta girls coming to your parties but the only Lake Place house Thetas go to frequently is heavyweight crew. You're not SigEp, embrace your real vibe and stop competing with the #1 thxxxxx
