Best attendance at mixers, guys actually have fun when they mix with Pi Phi unlike another sorority we know

everything about the below post is true except that at the end mentioning Pi Phi with Theta immediately makes it obvious that a Pi Phi wrote that. a lot of frats (especially athletic ones) prefer mixing with Pi Phi because they have way better turnout and are less snotty, but in terms of which sorority girls prefer it's a split between Pi Phi/APhi depending on what your vibe is because there's only one top tier sorority and that's KAO.

Some great guys, but will continue their fall into obscurity once 2018 graduates. Younger classes are much smaller and less focused and they are having a really hard time keeping guys. Sig Nu will look a hell of a lot different in two years.

Honest truth, nice girls but not great reputation with frats. Consistently bad turnout (even on high street) and aren’t even fun and talkative when they do, kind of just keep to themselves in a corner. Has potential but still falls behind Theta and PBP for a lot of people

They need a reality check... fake-woke people who think being in Fence makes them exempt from the evils of Greek life. I agree with the below posts. Their rush process is shallow and they even do crush like frats/sororities. If you're gonna talk the talk then walk the walk

Wait but the people on SAE/LEO's page who were saying Chi Psi is better than LEO were hilarious... LEO is #2 and on High Street, has lots of wealthy/popular guys, and Chi Psi is like bottom 3 and only mixes w/ Kappa. They got a new house a couple years ago yet never do anything with it but mixers with KKG, plus it's super far. Aepi also got a new house this year but they're still bottom tier too
