Generally down-to-earth and fun girls. Yes, there are the cliques who are questionable, but they don't account for everyone in Alpha Phi. They seem to have more solid sisterhood this year and better mixer attendance as they solidify their vibe and niche on campus, so I don't think the cattiness is as much of an issue anymore
