What are the chances of getting a bid as a sophomore girl who did not go through recruitment last year?

If you embrace the experience and have a good experience in the houses, it shouldn't matter that you're a sophomore who was at Elon last year. With a lot of the top tiers that isn't the case though, you have to know/be friends with a lot of the girls to get in. But you should be fine as long as you haven't burned any bridges!

As long as you keep an open mind you should be ok. It will probably be harder to get into the top tier, and maybe AXiD because they only seem to take Sophs that they know or transfers that will be at Elon longer than a reg Soph. But every group takes 2-8.

Do you know people in some sororities? Knowing girls that are involved in greek life will definitely help your chances of getting in.

As a sophomore never having gone through recruitment, your chances are the same. Some organizations take more sophs than others, but you are essentially just as blind to it!

Honestly it's a lot harder for Sophmores because they do get cut faster because Sophmores don't offer as much to a sorority as freshmen do and there's a lot more freshmen. Also be prepared to answer why you didn't go through recruitment last year and have it be a good answer
