it's harder to get into phi mu than sigma or zeta. phi mu has a very close sisterhood so if you don't fit in then you don't get in. you need to be friends with a lot of them to get in. sigma is also very close but not nearly as competitive to get in due to their hazing rumors, which deters PNMs. every year zeta takes in a clique of "star girls" (zetas words not mine) and then the other 30 pledges they couldn't care less about. they will take in random girls to fit their quota (they just have to be hot or rich) on top of the 10 or so star girls they work so hard to recruit, so you end up with a really large random pledge class that breaks into 10 different cliques. they only care about the core star girls and the other 3/4 of each pledge class is just fillers.

Your already a sister from another school? Not sure of their policies, but I would email the chapter president and ask how you affiliate.
