Their turn around since 2020 has been incredible. They managed to double in size two years in a row, and are now one of the biggest frats on campus. Extremely athletic and always involved on campus, it’s hard to go anywhere and not see a Phi Sig.

Some of the most condescending women I’ve ever dealt with, and it doesn’t help when most aren’t attractive either. Even when guys give them the time of day, they act rude. Their sorority is full of internal issues too and they aren’t very involved on campus.

Theta has always had a rocky reputation at Stetson but now they have positioned themselves as an “activist” sorority that pledges allegiance to BLM (Burn loot and murder) and LGBTP+. It’s not even a sorority at this point.

Despite all of the regulations Stetson keeps imposing on Greek life, Sig Ep still soldiers on to the top. These guys are very involved on campus and continue to throw great parties and win sorority competitions.

Talk about self ranking. The Pikes at Stetson have always had issues but they are a shadow compared to what they once were. Granted this is what happens when your organization is plagued bad leadership for years on end.
