dry house so no "parties" but they do have fun. house is just athletes that shouldnt be committed to something like a frat when theyre just playing football or baseball 24/7. good guys though. they had good rep back in the day but now theyre sort of just there, on the banana.

the sort of fraternity for people not really cut out for frat life. everyone joins tke basically. their parties are ok and brothers dont really seem to know eachother that well because there too big.

Guys mostly just join theta for the clout of being in a frat. They dont really do anything other than have ok parties in their big basement which is their only selling point. Guys are fake a lot of the time. Brotherhood is not close at all and people dont know eachother, kinda of a shame cuz thats what a fraternity is about.

Among the freshmen this year, SAE was where everyone wanted to at least check out because they really came up last year. Parties arent huge cuz the house is not huge but wicked fun. Definitely have tighter brotherhood than most other frats. I have a friend thats dating one of the guys and I hear some crazy stories seems like these guys certainly have fun.

house is cool but would be cooler with a basement. frat is too big honestly like no one knows eachother and its just a bunch of rich wpi kids with their fancy boat jackets. they do make the best of their foyer parties tho
