did a social with them last year and i have to say they are very kind and have some cute guys and some not but that is most fraternities, they are the least jerk/douchebag guys I love them and like their house because it is decent in size (4th biggest) and is the cleanest. Top tier for sure.

Great strong brotherhood with many very nice men. Love to party and have fun but know their limits unlike some other fraternities. Theta Chi is a top teir but not the best
