An over hyped fraternity. The appeal of a big house and a large pledge class appeals to the basic of Freshmen who are looking for numbers and parties. The ideal of how not to run a fraternity, no brotherhood at all and a lot of the members do not know their own brothers very well. When talking to them they only mention parties.I haven't seen them on campus or mention a philanthropy at all this semester, but with spring lets see if they can keep their ranking as the best fraternity on camps

Has their own philanthropy and had one of the best rush classes of the fall 2014 year. Watch them explode within the next two years. With a new EC and recruitment chair... These guys are going no where, but up.

Zeta isn't considered to be "top tier", but the girls are some of the nicest that I've met throughout my years here. Their new pledge class looks alright, and they seem to be very sweet and down to earth.

They haven't had a party in over a decade it seems.. hopefully they will have some in the Spring because they are usually quite the ragers. I really hope to see them rebound quickly because they have some quality guys but also a couple who dress rather GDI-ish.
