Rushing as a sophomore?

International student here. I had no clue what I was doing my first rush (my application was very casual, I did not know academic achievements mattered etc.), convos during rush overwhelmed me (rush is bewildering from a non-american perspective tbh).
If I rush again, do I stand a chance for a good house (APhi, PiPhi)? I'm attractive but also FLI. I do not add diversity - I'm a white European.

You have a good chance with Piphi - they love intl girls. Like 50% of their members are international. And I have yet to see Aphi cut a pretty girl! Fli isn’t an issue for either of these two. Knowing girls in the houses before rush is a big big big plus for a soph
